Yoga Teacher Training Application

Please fill out the following questions in order to be considered for the upcoming yoga training! Please be as thorough as possible with your answers in order to be considered for the training. Training starts January 6th and is every other weekend for 9 weeks (with a make up weekend scheduled at the end if necessary).

Training is held at Ananda Yoga in Atlantis, Florida (Lake Worth) and also available to be done via live stream on Zoom. None of the content is pre-recorded, all LIVE.
